This page explains how articles on MaloomatAI are researched, written, checked, and updated, so readers know what to expect and how much to rely on our content.

1. Who Writes for MaloomatAI

MaloomatAI is written and maintained by Talha Manzoor, a Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform consultant, developer, and architect with hands-on experience across Dynamics CRM, Power Pages, Power Automate, Dataverse, plugins, PCF controls, and integrations. Every article published here is reviewed and approved by the author before publication.

2. What We Cover

  • How-to tutorials: step-by-step guides based on real project experience
  • Troubleshooting: errors and fixes encountered in real implementations
  • Platform updates: analysis of new Microsoft announcements and what they mean for architects, developers, makers, and admins
  • Best practices: design, ALM, security, and performance guidance

3. Sources and Fact-Checking

  • Platform update articles are checked against official Microsoft sources such as Microsoft Learn, the Microsoft Dynamics 365 blog, the Power Platform blog, and official release plans.
  • Sources are linked within the article or listed at the end under "Sources and further reading".
  • Where possible, features and code are tested in a development or sandbox environment before being described.
  • When something is announced but not yet tested, preview-only, or unclear, we say so explicitly.

4. Use of AI Tools

We may use AI tools to help with research, outlining, grammar, and editing. However:

  • AI is not used to publish content without human review.
  • Technical claims, steps, and code are reviewed by the author for accuracy and checked against official documentation.
  • Opinions, recommendations, and practical advice reflect the author's own experience.

5. Images and Screenshots

Screenshots are captured from our own environments unless stated otherwise. Other images are either created by us or used under a suitable licence (for example, public domain or Creative Commons), with credit given where required.

6. Originality

All articles are original work. We do not copy or republish content from other websites. When we reference another author's work, we summarise it in our own words, keep any quote short, and link to the original source.

7. Corrections and Updates

Microsoft products change quickly. We review and update older articles when features, interfaces, or recommendations change. If you spot an error or outdated information:

  • Leave a comment on the article, or
  • Contact us through the Contact page.

Confirmed errors are corrected promptly. Significant corrections are noted within the article.

8. Independence and Advertising

MaloomatAI is independent and not affiliated with Microsoft. The site is supported by advertising through Google AdSense. Advertisers have no influence over our topics, opinions, or recommendations. Any sponsored or affiliate content will always be clearly disclosed.
